Traditional oven roasted Turkey with all the classical trimmings

Baked fillet of Cod with sun blushed tomato, black olives and soft herb crust served with grilled polenta and seasonal vegetables

Short grain saffron risotto with diced vegetables and herbs toped with parmesan shavings V
